Had gastric sleeve operation 2 years prior to her presentation.

Lost 20kg of weight going from 105kg to around 80 kg.

Has had stable weight for the last year.

Loose skin in the under-arm area as well as lateral chest area after her weight loss. This was causing her significant discomfort.

Operation performed:

  • Extended arm lift (brachioplasty) assisted by VASER liposuction.
  • Amount of fat removed with liposuction: 1.3 kg
  • Amount of skin removed: 198 grams
